Refund policy

Each ARIBA piece is handcrafted in small batches with careful attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations in colour, texture, or form are a natural part of each design.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will assess the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where possible.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, as each piece is prepared with intention and care.

Handmade Disclaimer

Because each ARIBA piece is handcrafted, minor variations should be expected and are not considered defects. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of the piece.
